In relation to Action 2, 29 of the 57 projects selected in strand 1 include the participation of Portuguese higher education institutions and the following 3 projects are even coordinated by Portuguese Universities:
- INFINITY - coordinated by the 'Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa' (former 'Universidade Técnica de Lisboa') under Lot 5 (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus);
- FELLOW - coordinated by the 'Universidade Nova de Lisboa' under Lot 14 (Latin America);
- DREAM - coordenated by the 'Universidade do Porto' under Lot 18 (ACP countries).
Regarding strand 2, this year there are no projects selected with Portuguese participation.
For Action 3, there were 57 applications and 7 projects were selected. Of these, two include Portuguese institutions, one of which is coordinated by the 'Universidade de Coimbra' (ALISIOS).
We alert that it is foreseeable that a new Action 2 call for proposals will open on the autumn of 2013, however it should only cover some of the Lots.
