This initiative, launched by the European Commission, in the context of the European Education Area 2025, proposes to create “bottom-up” networks of Higher education Institutions from the EU, based on successful examples such as the Erasmus Mundus joint courses and the Marie S. Curie actions, that enable students to obtain a degree by combining studies in several EU countries and contribute to the international competitiveness of European Institutions.
The first calls should open until the end of this year, through the Erasmus+ Programme.
